HIGHLY WASHABLE TEXTURED SILICONE PAINT FOR EXTERIOR
CHARACTERISTICS: Silicone paint forms a super-white matte layer, does not yellow over time, high covering power - covers the surface in a maximum of 2 layers. Easy to apply, does not splatter when applying. Due to the silicone content, it provides facade protection from UV exposure, elastic, mold resistance, high impact resistance, does not swell, resistant to surface cracks, solvent-free and odorless, environmentally friendly for health. For indoor and outdoor use.
FIELD OF USE: Silicone acrylic emulsion is used for decorative painting of walls and ceilings inside buildings. It is also recommended to use it in rooms with high operational load and in rooms with high humidity (residential locations, offices, hotels, cafes, schools, kindergartens, in medical rooms and administrative institutions, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.). It is used for facades (loggias, balconies, terraces, etc.), for application on new surfaces and old repairs on cement surfaces, cement-lime, plaster, concrete, on any mineral surfaces.
SUBSTRATE SURFACE PREPARATION: The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, free of dust, old lime, old paints. Mineral and concrete surfaces are primed with anti-fungal & anti-mildew primer to prevent fungus and mold, strengthen the base, improve adhesion and reduce paint consumption. Uneven surfaces can be leveled and small cracks can be filled with wall plaster for facade work.
HOW TO USE: Mix the paint well before use. Dilute the paint with water 10% for the first coat and 5% or undiluted for the second coat. Apply the paint with the roller. The air and environment temperature during application must be between +5°C and +35°C. To get the best result, apply the paint in two coats with an interval between coats of 4 hours. Interior painting work must be carried out in a ventilated area, avoiding drafts.
CONSUMPTION: Depending on the type of surface, the consumption of one layer — 100-200gr/m2.
CURING TIME: 1-2 hours at a temperature of +18°С +22°С. Total drying 24 hours. The maximum strength of the film is formed after 7 days of application.
COLOR: White. It can be tinted in a variety of colors with acrylic pigments.
COMPOSITION: Synthetic resin in aqueous dispersion, silicone fillers, anti-mold additives.
STORAGE: Store in original hermetic packaging, at temperatures between +5°C +35°C, in dry spaces and away from sunlight.
